View

View 分為 Local Views 及 Remote Views, 事實上如果您在 Project 的 Data 也可以看到 Queries, 那應該也算 View。 View 的功能就像將原資料庫做 Select 的動作, 丟到 Cursor, 還可以設定回寫資料庫的功能。

個人是不建議使用 View, 雖然它方便, 除非您是動態產生 Views, 不然有幾項缺點:

1. 異動資料庫欄位時, 會造成 View 的損毀(除非系統都不會異動)。
2. VFP 的 View 不像 ADO 還有上幾筆或下幾筆的功能, 所以一次就是倒入多筆資料, 當然可用 Top 第幾筆, 但是要再往下抓資料就有問題。
3. 必須開一個 DBC。

..暫時還沒想到其它....

View 可以用 View Designer 設定, 這是很方便的功能, 不然也可以下指令的方式

CREATE SQL VIEW mysqlview AS SELECT * FROM customer!orders

如果要設定 View 可回寫資料庫的功能, 還是用 View Designer 比較快
